Survey Application

Our research lab has developed a survey-based mobile application called "Severe Cerebral Palsy Survey". This app allows severe cerebral palsy patients to answer survey questions regarding their basic information, welfare and medical service utilization, demands, education, economic factors, and caregiver status. In addition to the survey function, users can check the survey statistics in the middle of the survey. Through the information obtained, we believe that we can develop a mechanism for predicting and preventing complications in cerebral palsy patients and find ways to prevent complications in cerebral palsy patients using this algorithm.

In addition, for these children with cerebral palsy and their caregivers, it is inconvenient to visit the hospital due to difficulties in mobility, among other reasons. To address this issue, we operate a question and knowledge board within the application. Therefore, after completing the survey, two-way communication with medical professionals through the question board is possible, and we expect this will help resolve any questions about cerebral palsy. Additionally, we believe that through the knowledge board, users can acquire the latest medical knowledge that is regularly updated.
